System WEX

System WEX is a document management software designed for archiving and retrieval of registered documents.
It can be also described as a knowledge base.

WEX for web (W4W) is its web application clone.
Its main purpose is to deal with information overload we are facing, be fast and intuitive in searching documents for desired information.

WEX is based on topical search. Topics are word characteristics relating to the contents of documents.
Tags, hash-tags, labels are the same in other applications.

WEX for web is working with:
-  Document - a web post or a file (as its attachment).
-  Topic - a single item used to answer the question : What is the main document contents ?
-  Topic Dictionary - a list of topics answering questions like : Who ? When ? What ? Which person ?
-  Topic Tree - topics grouped together and displayed in a form of a tree.
-  Agenda - is an "area of interest". All documents, topics etc. in one agenda are specializing in a single "area of interest".
